We train healthcare, social-healthcare and social care professionals through constantly updated courses.

We are in fact an ECM Provider accredited by Agenas since 2025 and an ECM Provider for the Autonomous Province of Bolzano (PABZ) since 2012. Thanks to our many years of experience in healthcare training, we offer professional development paths designed to meet the concrete needs of doctors, nurses, therapists, and all staff working in healthcare, social-healthcare, and social care settings.

Our training offer includes ECM courses, professional development programs, and qualification paths, with the goal of supporting skills growth and improving the quality of healthcare services.

ECM Courses for Healthcare Professionals

ECM (Continuing Medical Education) is the system of continuing education aimed at healthcare professionals. Through ECM courses, it is possible to acquire new knowledge, specialized skills, and operational tools, essential to ensure up-to-date, high-quality healthcare.

In Italy, the obligation of continuing education for all healthcare professions was introduced in 2002, with the aim of ensuring constant updating of professional skills and improving the efficiency of the healthcare system. Since 2012, Melitta Academy has been a certified ECM provider for the Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol. Since 2025, we have also been a National ECM Provider accredited by Agenas. Thanks to these accreditations, we can offer qualified, up-to-date, and recognized training paths designed to meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
