Access to the outpatient clinics

Specialist consultations take place in the outpatient clinics within our Bolzano facility.
Access is through the main lobby. At the Outpatient Admissions desk, staff welcome patients for their appointments.

What to bring

For specialist consultations, please bring: the referral, your health insurance card, and a photo ID. We also recommend bringing all relevant medical documentation, such as diagnostic tests, reports from tests or previous visits carried out even outside Melittaklinik, and the list of medications taken.

Access procedures

Once check-in is completed, front desk staff will provide directions to reach the clinic or the nearest waiting area.

Appointment hours

Consultations are by appointment during the clinic’s opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for admissions formalities.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. It is not possible to book an appointment under the National Health Service agreement without a referral from your GP.

Depending on the specialties and the priority indicated on the referral, waiting times may vary. Urgent requests, duly noted in the medical prescription, have a preferential channel and are fulfilled more quickly. Non-urgent services are normally scheduled within short timeframes.
