  • Surgical procedures: 60 days

  • Orthopaedic consultation: 14 days

Whistleblowing is a process that encourages anyone who becomes aware of misconduct, unlawful practices, or ethical violations within Melittaklinik to report such information without fear of retaliation.

Training Programme in Preparation for the External Qualification Examination for Social and Healthcare Operator (OSS) – Course 1 Bolzano

This project aims to help address the significant shortage of Social and Healthcare Operators (OSS) in the Province of Bolzano. Given the continuous increase in life expectancy, this shortage is expected to become even more critical in the coming years.

The training programme consists of an intensive course of 1,075 hours and includes the following modules:

  • Social and healthcare services and legislation
  • First and second language
  • Psychology and communication
  • Gerontopsychiatry
  • Sociology, ethics and professional ethics
  • Nutrition and domestic/hospitality activities
  • Practice and methodology
  • Care assistance, first aid and rehabilitation
  • Anatomy and physiology
  • Hygiene
  • Internship

Through classroom learning, practical training and support activities, participants will develop the skills required to work as Social and Healthcare Operators and will be prepared to successfully complete the external qualification examination at the “Levinas” Vocational School in Bolzano.

Training Programme in Preparation for the External Qualification Examination for Social and Healthcare Operator (OSS) – Course 2 Bolzano

This project addresses the staff shortages identified within the social and healthcare services of the Province of Bolzano, which currently affect the ability to provide adequate services.

The course is intended for residents of the province who face greater difficulties in entering the labour market. Its objective is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to register as external candidates and successfully pass the qualification examination to become Social and Healthcare Operators.

The training programme covers the areas identified in the funding call and develops specific theoretical and practical skills in:

  • Social and healthcare services legislation
  • Professional ethics
  • First aid
  • Rehabilitation
  • Psychology and patient communication
  • Gerontopsychiatry
  • Nutrition

Participants will consolidate their knowledge through two separate internship placements.
